Our client, a top 250 FTSE Company is looking to recruit a high calibre PA. As Personal Assistant you will be responsible for providing full and comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Manager. The position is for a total of 40 hours per week, 8.30-5.30pm. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the following:-
· Organising the Manager?s diary and schedule of visits including e-mail scheduling · Ensuring deadlines are met for all requests of information · Organising all relevant meetings · Ad-hoc administrative duties. The successful candidate will need to be well organised, highly motivated, have strong administrative skills and have the ability to communicate with staff at all levels. It is essential that the post-holder has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment, including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
